Tydings Opens Office in Downtown Wilmington

Tydings is pleased to announce the opening of our new office in Wilmington, Delaware. Relocating within walking distance of the Bankruptcy Court and the Federal District Court, the new location will allow us to better serve clients and co-counsel.

Located in the heart of the city at 1225 North King Street in the Legal Arts Building, the new Wilmington office complements our longstanding presence in Maryland, where we have offices in Baltimore and Towson. Tydings has proudly served clients for nearly 100 years, and an additional office location in Delaware allows for greater reach for our client base.

Partners Stephen B. Gerald and Dennis J. Shaffer, practicing in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights practice group, work with companies of all sizes that encounter financial distress, whether it be their own or parties with which they do business or encounter in a commercial setting. Steve and Dennis provide seasoned and sophisticated representation of debtors, statutory committees, trustees, creditors and other parties in interest in and out of the bankruptcy process.

"Establishing a Tydings presence in Wilmington was incredibly important for us," said Diane D'Aiutolo, the firm's managing partner. "This strategic move aligns with the firm's vision for growth and enhanced accessibility for our clients and co-counsel. We look forward to building strong relationships in the Wilmington community and continuing to deliver exceptional legal services."
